SCRUM MASTER - BANKING SECTOR

• Support a multidisciplinary squad (developers, analysts, testers…) to deliver high-quality applications in a constantly evolving technological environment.
• Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, support the Product Owner, and ensure the consistency of deliverables.
• Coordinate releases, participate in Scrums of Scrums, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Create a healthy team dynamic: regular feedback, coaching, effective retrospectives.
• Participate in large-scale projects using modern technologies (API, Kafka, React, Cloud, AI…)., iStorm has been selected by a leading top-tier bank to assist in recruiting several Scrum Masters to strengthen its IT teams.

• A degree in IT or a related field.
• Good command of Dutch or French, with a strong professional level of English.
