Job description
As a Data Architect, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and management of our data infrastructure.
You will work closely with both technical and business teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our data systems.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Data Design & Architecture: Define the architecture of data systems, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Database Administration: Manage, optimize, and maintain databases to ensure their performance and availability.
- Development: Contribute to the development of software solutions for data integration, transformation, and utilization.
- Data Security: Ensure the implementation of security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with applicable regulations.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, BI teams, and business stakeholders to understand and address their data needs.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation of data architectures and related procedures.
Requirements
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!, You hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect, DBA, or Developer with a strong interest in data.
You have proven experience designing and architecting complex data systems, including cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure).
You possess strong skills in administering relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Snowflake, PostgreSQL...). Ideally, you've worked with large-scale databases where performance and availability are critical.
You're proficient in programming languages such as Python, C#, Kotlin, and scripting languages like Shell or SQL.
You're familiar with modern data management tools and technologies, including ETL, data warehousing, big data, and cloud computing.
You excel at analyzing complex problems and proposing effective solutions, while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with diverse teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Next, you'll have an interview with the manager, followed by a meeting with the Data Architecture team.
- Finally, Marine or Mathilde will welcome you for the final HR interview, where you'll review your AssessFirst results together.
