In order to accelerate its growth and support its development teams, Betclic has established a team focused on Developer Experience (DevEx).
Our DevEx engineers work closely with Tribes and Squads to streamline continuous integration processes, identify bottlenecks, and promote best practices that enhance the quality and delivery of the company's products. To achieve this, they take a thoughtful and tailored approach with each Squad, helping developers work more efficiently.
As the leader of an agile team, you will contribute to the implementation of these processes and tools by working closely with both the development teams and Betclic's cross-functional teams.
YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Managerial follow-up of a team of developers and experts (one-on-ones, annual reviews, performance evaluations, recruitment interviews, training follow-up, skills development, etc.)
- Definition of a roadmap and tracking of commitments with prioritization, impact analysis, and performance measurement through KPIs
- Continuous improvement and optimization of the developer experience and the application lifecycle
- Management of tooling and integration components related to Cloud, JIRA, monitoring, GitHub, code analysis, automated testing, etc.
- Support and training of development teams on best practices
- Maintenance of CI/CD tools and templates
- Champion of agile practices including demos, retrospectives, and feedback sessions
- Advocacy for quality-driven practices
- Ensuring internal adoption of the practices recommended to teams: TDD, automated testing, CI/CD, Observability
- Close collaboration with the Head of Engineering
- Technology watch and maintaining the platform at the state of the art

Requirements

- You are proficient with Cloud environments and microservices architectures
- You enjoy working as part of a team
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy mentoring and supporting others
- Fluent in english
