What you will do:As a key member of our Data & AI/ML Platform team, you'll play a central role in designing, building, and deploying data solutions across Collinson's global operations and external client engagements. This is a high-impact, full-lifecycle role, from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.Your day-to-day will include:Building and deploying machine learning models (supervised & unsupervised)Designing and maintaining scalable data science pipelinesRapid prototyping of ideas and transforming PoCs into enterprise-ready toolsExploring structured and unstructured data (customer, transactional, pricing, text, etc.)Managing cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and working with modern ML toolsDelivering clear, insightful reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholdersMentoring junior data scientists and supporting team growth and excellenceYou'll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, finance, and more - so strong communication skills and a business-savvy mindset are key.
