Senior Fullstack Developer (Ruby on Rails) - music sector - remote possible but located in BELGIUM!

Functieomschrijving We're seeking a versatile full-stack developer, preferably with a strong backend focus, to join the Brussels-based team. In this role, you'll integrate two separate code bases into a unified SaaS platform, streamline services, and shape a product that enables the music industry to understand and optimize their revenues. Working closely with the CTO, you'll face complex challenges that draw on both your backend expertise and your ability to navigate front-end needs.

What You'll Do:

• Integrate the new features into an existing platform
• Redesign and unify architecture to reduce redundancies and simplify services
• Develop across the stack (Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, GraphQL, AWS, etc.) with TDD and Agile methodologies
• Continuously enhance security, scalability, and performance.

• A developer with min 5+ years in web development.
• Comfortable with both monolithic and microservice architectures, and ready to tackle new technical challenges
• Self-driven, communicative, and collaborative, able to thrive in a small, agile team environment
• Excited by the chance to push beyond your comfort zone, learning continuously and contributing across diverse product areas
