Job description

We are seeking a Data Analyst with a strategic mindset and advanced analytical capabilities. This position is vital to gaining deeper market insights, streamlining internal processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making., 1. Market Trend Analysis in Fashion and Jewelry:

  • Investigate emerging trends within the fashion and jewelry industries using both quantitative data and qualitative research.
  • Conduct comparative sector studies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs and consumer expectations.
  1. Internal Data Analysis and Management:
  • Analyze sales and purchasing data to uncover patterns, predict trends, and assess the performance of products or collections.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management and recommend actions based on data insights.
  1. Database Development and Maintenance:
  • Build and refine internal databases to centralize information on sales, inventory, and customers.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of data records.
  • Implement automated solutions for efficient data collection and analysis.
  1. Development of Analytical Tools:
  • Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to provide teams with easy access to key insights.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast demand, enhance campaign performance, and optimize inventory management.
  1. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  • Partner with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver analyses that inform personalized customer strategies (Customer Journey) and improve the overall shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Expertise in handling large datasets and translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken., + Critical and Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify problems and propose data-based solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Capable of translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in data management and analysis.
  • Results-Oriented: Focus on prioritizing tasks to align with strategic goals.
  • Proactivity and Adaptability: Positive attitude towards challenges and an ability to thrive in changing environments.
