IT Systems & Network Engineer

Do you combine a passion for ICT with the drive to help people, set up functional systems, and optimise business operations through your advice? We are looking for an organised and customer-oriented IT Systems & Network Engineer to join our existing team.

What will you do?

Together with your colleague Tom and our external partner, you will:

• Ensure excellent service for all ICT-related questions within ShowTex.
• Be the first point of contact for IT issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain all our IT equipment and mobile devices.
• Handle user management, documentation, and reporting.
• Contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of the entire IT infrastructure (Windows OS, Azure/MS365, backups, virtualization, networks, etc.).
• Guarantee airtight IT security.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Your passion for IT is crucial, whether or not you have an advanced degree in ICT. You should have at least some initial experience in roles such as system administrator, IT consultant, or first or second-line support

A deep understanding of network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN is essential. Additionally, thorough knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Azure/MS 365, and Hyper-V is necessary.

Your technical expertise is key for us, but equally important is your hands-on approach, your drive to efficiently guide internal clients to solutions, and your organised, long-term perspective.

Finally, you should be proficient in both spoken and written English, in addition to Dutch.
