Job description
The Finance Digital Change role will lead the finance digital transformation initiatives for the Sub-Segment and be responsible for translating workflows into automated and enhanced solutions and overseeing transitions and continuous improvements. It involves implementing and optimizing finance systems, tools, and related processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial efficiency.
Collaborating with various teams to drive digital change, ensure smooth transitions, and support the adoption of existing and new technologies is very important in this role. The position is based at Dometic's office in Emsdetten, Germany, and reports directly to the Sub-Segment Finance Manager., * Digital transformation: Lead and manage digital change projects within finance for the sub-segment including RPA.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes using digital tools.
- Implementation: Oversee the deployment of new digital solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business objectives.
- Training: Provide training and support to finance teams on new digital tools and processes.
- Data analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor the performance of digital tools and processes making adjustments as needed.
- Change management: Ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives.
- Travel: Some travel across EMEA (mainly Europe) is necessary to manage the role.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance digital transformation, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge in finance digital tools and software (AX, D365 or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with pragmatic and target-driven approach.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge in German is a plus.
