Functional Consultant SAP S/4HANA - BPC Planning

We are looking for a Functional Consultant (Planning) to join our SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation team. The consultant will play a key role in the Business Process Reengineering (BPR/BPC) stream, focusing on planning processes.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing optimized planning solutions, and supporting the deployment of SAP S/4HANA to enable best-in-class processes.

Responsibilities

Act as a functional expert for Planning processes in SAP S/4HANA

Conduct business process analysis and participate in BPC workshops to challenge and redesign existing processes.

Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and target operating model.

Configure SAP S/4HANA Planning modules to meet business needs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and industry best practices.

Support integration with other functional areas (Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance).

Conduct testing activities (unit tests, integration tests, UAT) and support data migration for planning-related objects.

Provide knowledge transfer and training to key users.

Contribute to project deliverables (blueprints, functional specs, test scripts, cutover plan).

Ensure compliance with project methodology (Agile / Activate).

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in SAP Demand & Supply Planning.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Planning modules.

Proven track record in Greenfield implementations and/or large-scale BPC initiatives.

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (forecasting, demand planning, production planning, MRP, capacity planning).

Ability to facilitate workshops and work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Fluent in French & English (additional languages are a plus).
