Job description
The company is a modern European distribution centre for print and imaging products, located in Tiel. From here, toner cartridges, parts and equipment are distributed across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. The energy-efficient facility features advanced logistics, a professional working environment, and ample opportunities for learning and career growth., As an IT Helpdesk Support Technician, you will serve as the first point of contact for colleagues with technical issues or IT questions. Your mission: ensure everyone can continue working smoothly. Tasks include password resets, troubleshooting hardware/software problems, distributing devices, and assisting with application questions., * Log and handle internal IT support requests
- Resolve common IT issues (first-line support)
- Install and distribute laptops, phones, and other hardware
- Support Microsoft 365 and other internal systems
- Contribute to improvements in internal IT processes
Requirements
- MBO 4 diploma (preferably in ICT or related field)
- Previous IT support experience and a friendly, patient approach
- Excellent communication skills across different departments
- Accurate, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant mindset
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune and Autopilot
