Job description

VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation who are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead the design, transition, and continuous improvement of IT services that underpin critical business operations. You'll drive service excellence across Change, Release, and Lifecycle Management, ensuring stability, scalability, and value delivery within an esteemed global enteprise., * Lead the full IT service lifecycle, ensuring new and existing services meet business and technical requirements.

  • Oversee the service portfolio and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and governance standards.
  • Manage the Change and Release Management processes - planning, testing, and deploying releases with minimal disruption.
  • Chair and facilitate CAB meetings, ensuring controlled and effective change execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business functions to design scalable, compliant, and well-documented services.
  • Maintain service data accuracy within ITSM tools and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in IT Service Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven expertise in ITIL processes - particularly Service Design, Transition, Portfolio, Change, and Release Management.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Skilled in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or equivalent.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation; advanced ITIL certifications highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
