Requirements
Proven experience delivering UK payroll system implementations (bureau / outsourced / SaaS).
Strong end-to-end UK payroll knowledge & legislation expertise.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
Confident stakeholder manager with excellent client-facing communication.
Advanced Excel / Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivots, formulas).
CIPP (or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
