Senior Technical Integration Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Contract Duration: until March '26We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Integration Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for our government client.This Senior Technical Integration Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) role is hybrid, based between up to 3 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely. There is no further flexibility with expected time on site. Office locations include Bristol or London, as preferred. The contract for the Senior Technical Integration Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) position is until 31/03/26, with potential to extend, operating inside IR35.Security Clearance: eligible for Security Check ("SC Clearance") This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.Essential skills/experience required:Technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Oracle Service Bus (OSB)Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field7+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 5+ years demonstrated experience with OICExperience securing integrations via OCI Vault, certificates, and OAuth2 tokensGood/strong understanding of oracle fusion cloud implementationProven hands-on expertise designing and building integrations using OIC adapters, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON, and file-based orchestrationsSolid understanding of Fusion data models and experience interfacing with FBDI, HDL, and BICC artefactsDeep knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud and other relevant integration requirements e.g., XSLT transformations, API security, interface error handling with practical design, configuration, and testing experienceExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independentlyRole/responsibilities:This is not an Oracle Fusion Cloud programme management or pure delivery management roleProvide oversight on behalf of the portfolio programme director on PaaS extensions and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) based integration components within CSM programmeEnsure that integration strategy and plans are complete and meet necessary quality standardsEnsure that functional and technical specifications for items covered in the integration catalogue are complete and as per standardsValidate and if required define reusable patterns for Application Integrations, Orchestrations, Event-based APIs, and Batch transfersEnsure and support implementation of robust error-handling, logging, and recovery frameworks with visibility via OIC dashboards and OCI Logging AnalyticsEnsure optimisation of throughput through streaming, parallel processing, and efficient payload managementEnsure and support collaboration of functional and technical data-migration teams to align integration sequencing with data-readiness and reconciliation stepsManage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services.Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.Use data to inform planning.Manage complex internal and external dependencies.Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.If you are interested in the above role, please click Apply Now and send a CV for quick review.
