Job description

As Eclipse Power Group continues to grow, we are looking for a curious and proactive, hands-on Systems Project Lead. This role will ensure our internal systems, primarily Monday.com and SharePoint, are fit for purpose, well-structured and maintained, continuously improved and fully adopted across all business units and departments.

You will be fully trained on our systems, but the role requires someone with prior experience who can work independently, confidently resolve issues, and manage system-related projects from idea through to delivery. The candidate will need to demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills and the confidence to engage with colleagues across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, process improvement and working in a collaborative and growing environment.

Whilst the immediate focus is on Monday.com and SharePoint, the role will also influence and coordinate the use of other systems and support the Groups longer term ambition to unlock greater value from data, reporting and AI tools.

The role will coordinate IT processes such as user onboarding/leavers, equipment allocation and act as the bridge between our people and our external IT/network support provider, as well as liaising with external consultants specific to each system where required., * Take ownership of Eclipse Power's core systems (Monday.com and SharePoint, alongside other internal tools)

  • Develop a strong understanding of how systems are used across different departments and business units
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when needed
  • Work alongside external specialist consultants on more complex projects
  • Suggest and implement improvements to current systems to enhance optimisation, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop automations to processes by utilising the systems
  • Research and evaluate new technologies or tools which could benefit the business
  • Support the use of AI across the organisation
  • Support colleagues by providing guidance and sharing best practice
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and create guidance materials, documentation and deliver light-touch training where required
