Our client, a dynamic, rapidly growing organization at the forefront of innovation, is seeking an experienced leader to serve as an Executive Leadership & Operational Excellence Coach. In this unique role, you will work directly with senior executives and cross-functional teams to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational processes, and accelerate strategic growth., Executive Coaching & Mentoring:
- Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders using a proven, structured coaching approach (comprehensive training provided).
- Offer insightful feedback and guidance to help executives unlock their full potential and improve decision-making.
- Mentor leadership teams to enhance collaboration, team dynamics, and career development.
Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with senior management to design and implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainable growth.
- Oversee key operational functions, including financial management, HR, and compliance, ensuring day-to-day operations align with strategic objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and operational improvements.
Strategic Leadership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on matters related to leadership, talent development, and organizational performance.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, succession planning, and building a high-performing, inclusive culture.
