Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the team on an inside IR35 contract. This role will focus on designing and developing high-quality Salesforce solutions to support critical projects., * Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.

• Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Implement data models, custom objects, fields, and security configurations.
• Write unit tests ensuring high code coverage and compliance with Salesforce best practice.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Support deployments using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and change management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Product Owners, and business users to refine requirements.
