We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the team on an inside IR35 contract. This role will focus on designing and developing high-quality Salesforce solutions to support critical projects., * Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
- Configure Salesforce features including workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
- Implement data models, custom objects, fields, and security configurations.
- Write unit tests ensuring high code coverage and compliance with Salesforce best practice.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Support deployments using Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and change management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Product Owners, and business users to refine requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and deployment best practice.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable
