Opticore IT is currently searching for a Platform Service Engineer to join one of our Hospitality clients. This is a contract opportunity working Inside IR35 and will require 3 days on site in Dunstable.

Requirements
- Strong experience in enterprise-scale Microsoft environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Entra ID, AD, Conditional Access, Intune, SCCM, PowerShell, and Office 365.
- Good understanding of cloud concepts, Azure services, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to diagnose complex technical issues across diverse platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across IT functions.
- Proven ability to deliver improvements, automate processes, and maintain secure, reliable services.
