We are looking for a world class, all rounder Graphic Designer who can own everything from ads to websites to motion, and also take full responsibility for retail and store launch creative. Someone who understands performance creative, loves experimenting, and thrives in a high speed environment where output and quality both matter.
This is not an agency style role. This is real time execution, trend awareness, and rapid iteration inside a brand shaping the future of wellness.
What You Will Do
Ads, Motion, and Social Content
- Create high impact weekly ad creatives for Meta in static, animated, motion, and short form video formats.
- Build scroll stopping TikTok and Instagram Reels content using motion graphics, editing, and AI tools.
- Turn hooks, angles, and emotional drivers into visuals built to convert.
Brand and Digital Design
- Design emails, landing pages, web assets, and product launch collateral with a clean, modern aesthetic.
- Produce polished pitch decks, presentations, and internal documents.
- Maintain and evolve a cohesive global brand identity.
Retail and Store Launch Design
- Own creative for retail and store launches, including end caps, shelf-ready packaging, SRPs, counter units, in-store signage, and display collateral.
- Design retail assets that are visually bold, on-brand, and built to win attention and conversion in a physical environment.
- Adapt packaging and retail assets for different markets and retailer guidelines while keeping global brand consistency.
- Support store launch timelines with fast iteration, mockups, and clean handoff materials.
AI Led Design and Creative Innovation
- Use generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, and Firefly to speed up ideation and production.
- Prototype quickly, iterate quickly, and bring fresh concepts informed by live performance and cultural trends.
- Help keep the brand ahead of design and content shifts.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, performance, TikTok Shop, influencer, and creative teams.
- Align design work with the global campaign calendar and real time performance insights.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, modern portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Confidence working with AI design tools and iterative workflows.
- Strong motion design and video editing skills.
- Bonus: Figma experience.
- Deep understanding of performance creative and conversion oriented design.
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
- Sharp eye for typography, composition, and detail.
- Comfortable working in a global, high output, fast paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
