• We are looking for a highly skilled Lead MEAN Stack Developer with 7+ years of experienceto design, develop, and oversee the implementation of large-scale web applications. • Proficiency in Git, GitHub, or GitLab for version control and collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL API development and Apollo Server.
• Expertise in message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Pub/Sub).
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, SSO, Role-Based Access Control).
• Experience with performance optimization, caching strategies, and real-time data processing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Basic understanding and hands on of HTML & CSS skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML-based applications using Node.js.
• Experience with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
