- Own delivery of P&L performance, balancing volume, value and underwriting profit in partnership with Distribution leaders.
- Shape and deliver market pricing strategy, including customer behaviour and market premium models, aligned to best practice.
- Lead price optimisation strategy, securing buy-in from senior stakeholders across the business.
- Oversee renewal pricing strategy, ensuring effective value-based retention incentives and performance tracking.
- Ensure new business initiatives are commercially value-accretive, with clear insight and performance monitoring.
- Lead and develop a market pricing team of c.10, setting direction, capability and delivery standards.

- Deep expertise in retail pricing data and modelling, including GLMs and machine learning techniques (e.g. GBMs).
- Proven leadership experience within a Market Pricing function, with a track record of delivering results.
