You get excited by big ideas and the fine details of craft. You know how to turn strategy into something that moves people. You collaborate naturally - working with our Creative Lead, strategists and client colleagues to make ambitious work happen.The role is ideal for an experienced middleweight ready to step up, or a senior looking for a new challenge.What you'll doLead projects from concept to delivery, balancing concept and craft.Turn strategy into design that connects - visually and emotionally.Present confidently to clients and help build long-term relationships.Stay curious - exploring new tech, tools and ideas that elevate our work.Mentor and inspire junior designers, offering clear, constructive guidance.What you'll bring6+ years' experience in a brand or design studio (or somewhere equally brilliant).A solid grasp of brand thinking (in pixels as well as print).Confidence leading multiple projects end-to-end.Strong communication skills that build trust, clarity and momentum.What we offer£40,000-£45,000 salary (depending on experience).A discretionary company-wide profit share scheme (subject to company performance and a qualifying period).Private medical insurance (after qualifying period).Pension scheme and life assurance.Hybrid working (2 days a week in our Manchester studio).25 days' holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.Studio closure over Christmas.Training and development support.
