Job Title: IT Programme ManagerLocation: Preston/Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: Circa £75,000 dependent on experienceWhat you'll be doing:Leadership of an IT Agile programme delivering products, projects and services across BAE SystemsLead , motivate and support all team members through all that they do, ensuring the well-being on an individual basis as well as the collective wholeSupport the scrum masters and project managers to deliver their squad and project objectives and enable success / operational excellence by removing blockersDrive delivery and proactive management of squads and projects within the, largely, Agile programme against the prioritised backlogThe point of contact for any squad and project issues, supporting resolution with customers and partners in a collaborative wayDeliver succinct reporting across the programme in a timely manner, with focus
