First Line Support

• Supporting on-premise infrastructure such as switches, wireless networks, and Windows Server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Maintaining and troubleshooting end-user devices: laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment.
• Assisting with backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam.
• Ensuring accurate, detailed documentation of systems and support tickets.
• Applying security best practices across on-premise systems.
• Managing and escalating tickets as needed, keeping users informed throughout the process.

Ideal requirements:

• 1+ year working in on-premise infrastructure environments.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and customer-facing communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to travel when required.
• Fluent in English.
