Dynamics Analyst (Permanent)

Brakes have an opportunity for a Customer Demand Analyst to join the Demand Planning team on a full time, permanent basis. The Customer Demand Analyst is responsible for all forecast activities associated with customers and products and manage the interaction between Supply Planning and customer facing colleagues for their area of responsibility to provide optimum customer experience. The role creates and manages the demand for their categories, incorporating statistics and business intelligence and other demand signals to improve service for the customers of the demand plan. Our role is Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week between the hours of 7am-5pm, and is offering hybrid working , with 2 days a week in the Ashford office, so you must be within a commutable distance.

Carrying out analysis of sales history, seasonal and forthcoming events or activities in order to generate an optimal demand signal Collaborative demand planning with other teams in order to drive good communication and improvements in the demand forecast signal Root cause analysis techniques to establish underlying causes of KPI shortfalls and implement improvement plans to rectify Support the governance of customer insights/business intelligence Support projects in Demand Planning and around the business as required Experience of working in a fast-paced FMCG Supply Chain position is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have high numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills with a detailed understanding of Excel, in particular, pivot tables, v-look ups, SQL and Power query experience.
