We help new and expectant parents design beautiful, functional nurseries that support sleep, comfort, and wellness. The Role We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Artworker to bring our brand stories to life across digital, print, packaging, and in-store environments. This role will be part of our in-house creative team, working closely with marketing, ecommerce and product to ensure everything we produce is considered, consistent, and on-brand. growth within the team. Support on concept development and execution for campaigns, product launches, packaging, web, social and POS alongside the Marketing team. Maintain and evolve the visual identity of CuddleCo and its partner brands across all touchpoints with the Creative Team Lead. Rollout creative across different formats and mediums including for listing assets, campaigns and instore POS. Collaborate closely with marketing and ecommerce to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual assets. Ensure high-quality, consistent design that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with our audience. Manage your own creative workflow, deadlines and priorities to ensure timely delivery supported by the Creative Team Lead. Liaise with external suppliers (e.G. printers, photographers, stylists) as needed. Support creative rollout for trade shows, retailer presentations and product packaging where needed. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a creative/design role A good portfolio showcasing brand focused design across digital. Print experience would be good but not required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva. Strong visual storytelling skills with a strong sense of layout, typography and colour. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to deadlines. Experience in retail, ecommerce or lifestyle brands is a plus. Photography or video production experience is desirable but not essential. Location: ManchesterSalary: Competitive
