Principal Data Engineer (2x Roles)

As a Principal Data Engineer, you will:

• Design and build data pipelines, models, and architecture using Microsoft Fabric
• Create analytics-optimised data models to support Power BI and reporting
• Operate in a greenfield, fast-moving environment, influencing technical direction
• Work in a consultancy-style delivery team, challenging designs and contributing ideas
• Support and upskill internal engineers as the platform is established

We're seeking principal-level, hands-on engineers who:

• Have experience with Microsoft Fabric or the modern Microsoft data stack
• Bring strong real-world delivery experience (certifications are beneficial but not essential)
• Are highly capable in data engineering, data modelling, and analytics-focused design
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid delivery
• Take a pragmatic, outcomes-driven approach and continuously improve ways of working
