Strong experience with Windows Server (2012-2019), AD, DNS, DHCP, Failover Manager.\n
Hands-on expertise in virtualization (Hyper-V), backup solutions (Veeam), and Azure management.\n
Solid networking knowledge (Firewalls, VLAN, CIDR, VRRP, etc.).\n
Experience with disaster recovery implementation and testing.\n
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.\n
Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and deadlines\n

Design, build, and manage on-premise servers (Windows), virtualization (Hyper-V), and cloud infrastructure (Azure).\n
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all systems.\n
Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, including patching and updates.\n
Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.\n
Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.\n
Maintain accurate technical documentation and report on performance and improvements.\n
Provide out-of-hours support on a rota and travel to various UK locations as needed.\n
