Requirements

️ Proven leadership in high-performing software teams
️ Deep AWS experience (serverless/microservices)
️ Backend craft in NodeJS + Python
️ Quality mindset: testing, reliability, documentation
️ Calm under pressure. Curious by default. All-in by nature.
️ Bonus: InsurTech/Fintech experience
