Job description
We're looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in SQL, R and Data Visualisation experience to join our growing data team based in Bradford. You'll be working as part of a small team, helping to turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data today, working on some exciting projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data
- Using R for scripting
- Using Qliksense for Data Visualisation
- Building and maintaining datasets to support reporting and analytics
- Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights
- Collaborating closely with other analysts and data professionals in the team, Data Analyst, Data Analysis, SQL, R, Data, BI, Business Intelligence, MI, Management Information, Database, TSQL, T-SQL, Data Model, Data Modelling, Datasets, Dataset, Visualisation, Qliksense, Qlikview, PowerBI, Tableau
Requirements
- Extensive experience working as a Data Analyst
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of SQL (complex queries, joins, performance)
- Solid experience using R for scripting
- Experience of data visualisation - ideally Qliksense but fine with PowerBI/Tableau etc.
- Experience working with structured data and large datasets
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Benefits & conditions
Data Analyst - Bradford (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office) - Up to £45,000 + 20 days annual leave + benefits - SQL/R/Visualisation, * Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
