Job description
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact Data & AI solutions for our (international) clients. As a senior professional, you will take ownership of complex, end-to-end projects, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey. You will lead project teams, design architectures, and define strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will have the autonomy to drive innovation, influence best practices, and mentor less experienced colleagues, helping to build the next generation of Data & AI talent., Generative AI, real-time streams, and ever-smarter LLMs are reshaping how businesses engage with their customers. As a Senior Data & AI Engineer, you will transform these breakthroughs into scalable, production-grade solutions, providing thought leadership and ensuring technical excellence. For example, you might lead the development of a conversational LLM chatbot for a major telecom provider or design AI-driven platforms in finance, retail, or manufacturing. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, or on-prem AI stacks, while collaborating with enthusiastic architects, consultants, and engineers who share knowledge and celebrate success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering Data & AI solutions, with proven success in leading technical teams and projects
- Expertise in Python and strong experience with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- A track record in architecting and deploying scalable AI solutions, and familiarity with advanced topics such as LLMs, ML pipelines, and MLOps
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, combined with the ability to coach and mentor junior and medior colleagues?
- Flexibility to travel to clients when needed, balanced by hybrid working options
