Inhouse Consultant - Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)

• Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb unserer (Customer) Identity- und Access-Management-Lösung (SAP Customer Data Cloud) für unsere digitalen Plattformen (z. B. Kundenportale, E-Commerce, Apps)
• Anbindung neuer Anwendungen, inkl. Autorisierungsarchitekturen, Single Sign-On (SSO), Consent-Management & User Lifecycle
• Unterstützung bei internationalen Rollouts und Ausbau unserer Identity-Plattform
• Beratung interner Fachbereiche zu Authentifizierungs- und Autorisierungsprozessen
• Koordination externer Dienstleister sowie Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs (inkl. 2nd/3rd Level Support im Sinne von "You build it, you run it")

• Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation/Erfahrung
• Erfahrung mit gängigen CIAM-Systemen (z. B. SAP CDC, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, One Identity)
• Gute Kenntnisse in modernen Authentifizierungsstandards und -Protokollen wie OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, OAuth2
• Technisches Verständnis für Web-Technologien und idealerweise Kenntnisse in Angular, Java, PHP oder vergleichbaren Technologien
• Analytisches Denkvermögen, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
