Tasks

• Play a key role between business and IT, enhancing our SAP landscape.
• Lead SAP projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
• Drive technical development and optimize business processes in SAP., You take on a central role at the interface between business and IT and are responsible for both the operational and conceptual expansion of our SAP landscape.

What you can achieve with us Business Analysis & Subproject Management (approx. 40% workload)

• Conducting needs analyses, structuring requirements, and translating them into IT solutions
• Independent assumption of subproject management in SAP projects (S/4HANA, Utilities, Logistics, Finance)
• Managing external service providers within the scope of changes, releases, and projects
• Ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders, including prioritization of requirements
• Contributing to the further development of our SAP system architecture with regard to upcoming innovation projects in S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, SD, IS-U, CS, H4S4, PS, PM, CE, Embedded Analytics, SAC, Fiori, Authorizations, BTP, Integration Cell, FSM, xECM (OpenText) and more)

Focus areas (approx. 60% workload)

• Ensuring the technical further development of our SAP S/4HANA system landscape in the areas of SAP IS-U, Logistics, and Finance
• Design, implementation, and documentation of new functions, processes, and integrations
• Solution-oriented consulting of departments on an equal footing, including active shaping of process improvements
• Customizing and technical implementation of requirements in the relevant modules
• Analyzing, optimizing, and harmonizing business processes in close cooperation with departments and the SAP team
• Support in application lifecycle management including release planning, testing, and deployment
• Ensuring operational business in collaboration with our external service providers
• Participation in support (2nd and 3rd level) as well as handling interface topics

• Strong SAP experience, especially in IS-U, logistics, or finance.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Proactive, structured approach to problem-solving., * Good SAP experience. Knowledge of SAP IS-U, Logistics and/or Finance is an advantage
• Practical experience in customizing and technical implementation of SAP processes
• Strong process-oriented thinking and ability to identify and implement optimization potentials
• Experience as a business analyst or in a comparable function as well as in (sub-)project management
