Lead - Vault Integration Specialist

This role focuses on secrets management, access control, and secure authentication workflows to ensure sensitive data is protected and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards.

Specific to Vault PromoMats, RIM, MedComms, Salesforce, D365

• Design, implement API(Salesforce, RIM, QMS) and manage vault-based security solutions
• Integrate vault services with applications, REST, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud or on-prem infrastructure
• Configure authentication methods (Token-based, role-based, certificate-based access)
• Troubleshoot vault integration issues and optimize performance and reliability
• Maintain documentation for vault configurations, integrations, and operational procedures

Specific to Veeva Vault CRM

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or on-prem environments
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows for Source code management
• Ability to diagnose and resolve integration and access issues with Batch
