Atlassian Migration Specialist

Location: UK-based only; regular travel to customer sites across London, Midlands, Glasgow, and Edinburgh (project dependent)iO Associates are partnering with a specialist consultancy delivering large-scale transformation and migration programmes for financial services and public sector clients. Due to continued demand, they are seeking an experienced Atlassian Migration Consultant to support multi-year Data Centre to Cloud migration initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver Atlassian migration projects from Data Centres to Cloud across enterprise environmentsAssess existing Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management (JSM) estates and define cloud migration strategiesExecute complex migrations, including data, workflows, permissions, apps and integrationsWork directly with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisorManage and contribute to programme-level delivery across multiple customersProduce migration documentation, runbooks and post-migration support

handoverCollaborate with broader teams to deliver high-quality outcomesMandatory RequirementsProven Atlassian Data Centre to Cloud migration experience (hands-on delivery)Atlassian certifications (ACP level or higher preferred): ACP certifications across Jira, Confluence, or JSM strongly valuedStrong technical experience across: Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management (JSM)Nice-to-Have / Standout ExperiencePrevious delivery within regulated or enterprise-scale environmentsBroader platform migration or transformation experience beyond AtlassianExperience integrating or migrating alongside Microsoft platforms (Azure AD, M365) or ServiceNowMultiple Atlassian certifications (Associate / Professional / Specialist designations)JBRP1_UKTJ
