If you thrive in a technical environment where data, engineering, and problem-solving intersect, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesRapidly design, configure and deploy EHM solutions that improve service effectivenessMaintain and ensure the continuity of data supply chains across EHM systemsAnalyse operational issues and act quickly to support real-time service continuityCapture and refine EHM improvement requirements through forums such as Value Delivery Boards and Project ZeroWork directly with customers to enhance service value and identify future EHM opportunitiesIdentify valuable insights in engineering and performance

data and deploy them into live productionSupport testing, validation and implementation of the next-generation EHM platformCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data quality, modelling accuracy and performance reportingsQualificationsA degree in Engineering, Data Science, IT, or a closely related disciplineEquivalent practical experience in Engine Health Monitoring or service engineering also consideredCertifications in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or data engineering are beneficial but not essential Essential skillsEngineering, Data Science, IT or related experience in engine performance, EHM, or service engineeringStrong results focus, able to work under pressure and manage both immediate issues and long-term projects#Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilityGood technical problem-solving skills and comfort working with large datasetsStrong IT user & configuration skills across tools such as:SQLPower BIMATLABPythonMS AzureDatabricks Desired skillsExperience in aerospace or turbomachinery dataBackground in digital twins, predictive maintenance or performance modellingFamiliarity with service operations environmentsExperience improving data pipelines or automating analytics workflows
