Data Scientist

You'll apply your analytical and modelling expertise to large volumes of operational data, helping to improve how labour is forecast, scheduled, and optimised. The role involves developing data-driven systems that anticipate demand, improve service delivery, and surface actionable insight across a portfolio of well-known consumer-facing brands.You'll also contribute to building scalable analytics tools and work closely with teams across the business - including engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders - to translate real operational challenges into practical, deployable solutions.
