Global Test Leader - H/F

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will work in a stimulating international environment, contributing to a strategic company program.

Based in Grenoble, we're looking for a passionate, experienced, and skilled System Engineer to build robust and reliable Edge Systems and you will be part of a dynamic team operating under Agile methodology.

Your missions:

As a Global Test Leader, you will be responsible for Product and System test activities within the Panel Server program:

• Take ownership of the overall test strategy of the program, by defining and deploying it in all test teams.
• Responsible for defining, improving and maintaining a robust and operational test architecture.
• Lead testing execution phases; Write, manage, and run test cases for complex scenarios including performance, robustness, endurance and functional cases.
• Conduct code and test reviews and mentor junior QA team members.
• Promote fully automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Contribute to dashboarding and reporting for test automation, test coverage, requirements traceability and quality metrics.
• Animate and synchronize all product, system and E2E IVV test activities to ensure the best quality, driving continuous improvement through defect analysis & stakeholder feedback.
• Lead the test community of the program and apply best practices in testing to ensure a robust, reliable, and high-quality products and systems.
• Champion process improvements to increase quality, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, quality and system analysts to ensure quality / traceability standards.
• Play a key role in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, etc.).
• Be fully involved on system quality and actively participate in on-time deliveries.
• Organize system demos with external stakeholders.

• Engineering or master's degree in software, embedded systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.

Your Technical Skills:

• • 5 years of experience ideally in Software development, embedded system or QA/Testing
• • 2 years of experience in Continuous Testing tools (e.g. Github actions / Docker, Python, Robot Framework or Pytest) and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Linux, Windows, VMs, Cybersec knowledge is necessary
• Understanding of IoT paradigm:

• Connectivity technologies and communication protocols, especially Zigbee and Modbus
• Connected devices (breakers, power meters, IoT server…)
• Cloud Infrastructures

• Experience with Jira and Jama software (Requirement, Test and Defect management)
