New Business Account Manager - IT Solutions

Aztrum is partnering with a well-established IT solutions provider based in Surbiton, delivering a comprehensive range of services including Cyber Security, Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, and IT Infrastructure. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a New Business Account Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

This role is focused on new business development, targeting organisations that require secure, scalable, and reliable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities - New Business Account Manager

• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the IT solutions market

• Sell a portfolio of services including Cyber Security, Managed Services, Cloud, and IT Support

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified opportunities

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations

• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements

• Accurately track activity, pipeline, and forecasts

Requirements - New Business Account Manager

• Proven experience in new business sales within IT solutions or technology services

• Strong understanding of Cyber Security and Managed IT Services

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Confident, professional communicator with strong negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results focused

• Base salary £40,000 - £50,000

• Attractive OTE and commission structure
