Software Engineer for Test 37613Start date: ASAPDuration: 12 monthsLocation: 1 week in office - 3 weeks from home - DublinRate: €350 - €400 per dayThe Expertise we're looking for6+ years Software Quality Engineering experienceProven experience with test automation tools and building automation frameworksStrong experience with continuous integration practices and automated deployment toolsExperience in designing and delivering innovative quality frameworksThe Skills you will bringLanguages: Extensive experience in coding/scripting languages such as Java, Python and JavaScriptTest Automation: Proficient in multiple industry tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Protractor, Cucumber, KarateDatabases: Extensive experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL and OracleCloud: Experienced with cloud services provider's offerings (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)Collaborative in your approach, actively contributing to how work gets completedKnowledge of secure coding standards and best practicesThe Purpose of your roleContinually grow your skillset with the use of company fortnightly full learning daysConduct technical design discussion with engineering, ensuring best engineering and automation practices, code quality and application stabilityRecommend and influence decision making to define suitable automation frameworksCollaborate with engineers and architects to ensure database integrity and stable test environmentsAlign automation with development using continuous integration and continuous testing processesDevelop, evaluate, and implement improved processes, methods and tools to continually improve software delivery effectivenessDesign and implement test automation approaches and test automation for Agile software developmentActively participate in all Agile Ceremonies including elaboration and planningWork collaboratively with the team to create a quality strategyAnalyze and report test results, project tracking and product release readinessThe Value you will deliverProvide technical leadership and oversight of all development projects to ensure persistent qualityProvide research across industry and enterprise regarding processes and tools.
