  • Conducting competitor analysis and market intelligence activities.
  • Participating in conferences, exhibitions, and marketing events.
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers with support from internal teams.
  • Following up on offers, negotiating terms and conditions, and closing deals.
  • Supporting cost calculations and ensuring competitive pricing with approved margins.
  • Maintaining CRM data, sales pipeline updates, and documentation for order handover.
  • Collecting market insights and contributing to sales development initiatives.

Requirements

  • You bring a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (or a relevant technical/environmental background).
  • You have around 3 years of experience in technical project sales, preferably in water treatment, process systems, or related industries.
  • You are comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and have solid communication and presentation skills.
  • You understand customer needs, build trusted relationships, and can adapt to different personalities.
  • You're self-driven, results-oriented, collaborative, and committed to delivering on promises.
  • You have good knowledge of ERP/CRM tools (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.
  • You are motivated by combining technical expertise with commercial impact.

Benefits & conditions

  • A salary commensurate with your experience and knowledge
  • A training program to support you in your daily work, but also to prepare you for possible next steps in our organization.
  • An informal working atmosphere where trust and cooperation prevail
  • An international environment with an eye for a good work-life balance
