Job DescriptionSystems EngineerLocation: Long Eaton, UK (Hybrid working)Rate: £400 per day (Inside IR35)Length: 3 months (Initial Contract)About the RoleThe Systems Engineer plays a key role in maintaining, improving and supporting our technology estate. This is both a hands-on technical role and a service-focused role, supporting colleagues with varied levels of technical experience while ensuring systems remain available, compliant and high-performing.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Systems ManagementCloud & Application SupportSecurity & ComplianceOperational Support & Service DeliveryProject DeliverySkills & Experience RequiredDemonstrable experience in technical engineering or systems support role.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, endpoint management and modern device provisioning.Knowledge of security best practice including MFA, conditional access
