IT Support

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Coordinate withthird-party vendors for complex AV and IT issues when required
• Communicate clearly and promptly regarding issue status and resolution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT tickets
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot:
• Windows OS
• Microsoft Office
• Cisco Jabber
• Provide basic support for macOS and Apple users
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware
• Perform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and approved peripherals
• Use diagnostic tools to resolve workstation, software, and network connectivity issues

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Hands-on experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and basic macOS support
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment

Requirements

• Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Several years of experience in a similar IT support role
• Strong communication and documentation skills
