Job description

Are you a motivated IT graduate ready to apply your knowledge in a professional corporate environment? We are looking for an Internal IT Support Technician to join our ATS team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth daily operations by delivering reliable technical support and maintaining our IT infrastructure., As a junior member of our IT team, you will be the go-to problem solver for hardware, software and network issues. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems and play a vital role in maintaining high user satisfaction across the organisation., * User Support: Provide top-notch assistance via phone, email or in person, ensuring sky-high satisfaction scores.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software and networks to keep the business running smoothly.
  • System Health: Perform regular updates, patches, and security checks to prevent downtime.
  • Asset & Network Management: Manage IT assets, monitor networks and ensure security across devices (Cisco, Meraki, Barracuda).
  • Collaboration: Work with the IT team on innovative projects and process improvements.
  • Documentation: Create clear technical documentation and train staff on new tools and best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows Remote Desktop?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

  • Technical Foundation: Understanding of Windows Desktop and Server, Laptops and Network equipment.
  • Software: Good general understanding of Microsoft Remote Desktop, ITSM and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, problem-solving mindset.
  • Certifications (Bonus): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or ITIL certifications are an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Work Permit: Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands without employer sponsorship.
  • Mobility: A valid EU Driver's License (Category B) is mandatory for travel to data centers and various office locations.
