Job description
We're looking for an Early Careers Development Lead to champion the progress of apprentices within a key client programme. You'll be the driving force behind their development journey-coaching, mentoring, and ensuring every learner receives an exceptional experience that meets client, regulatory, and quality expectations., As an Early Careers Development Lead, you'll play a central role in supporting apprentices and maintaining the smooth running of the programme. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and mentoring a cohort of apprentices, guiding them through their programme and supporting them to achieve their full potential.
- Managing all associated data accurately and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Supporting the client and GP Strategies management team to deliver KPIs within your programme area.
- Delivering and developing your own skills and qualifications to support high-quality, blended learning-both one-to-one and group-based.
- Conducting tripartite reviews every 8-12 weeks, ensuring each apprentice's Individual Learning Plan is up to date and aligned with Lead Provider expectations.
- Ensuring apprentice data is complete, accurate, and well-maintained, including responsibility for your learner holding reports.
- Managing apprentice absence, holiday processes, and expenses through client systems.
- Attending best-practice and standards meetings to support continuous improvement.
- Acting as the single point of contact for your designated Lead Providers, escalating operational issues where needed.
- Overseeing operational governance, including quarterly governance board meetings with business leads.Upholding Equality, Diversity, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and Quality policies, and reporting any concerns promptly.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, We're looking for a confident, proactive professional who thrives in a people-focused environment. You'll be a natural communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting others.
You will also have:
- Experience in apprenticeships, people management, coaching, or teaching.
- A Business or Engineering apprenticeship/qualification (other disciplines considered).
- Strong administration and data management capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- A professional, collaborative approach.
- A full driving licence and access to a car, with willingness to travel if required.
- Up-to-date sector competence and evidence of ongoing CPD.
- A strong standard of secondary education.Proficiency in MS Office.
It would be great if you also have:
- PTLLS Level 3 or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A relevant professional qualification or degree.A solid understanding of safeguarding procedures.
