Product Owner

As Product Owner, you'll be responsible for maximising the value of your product area by translating business and customer needs into clear, prioritised outcomes for delivery., * Owning and managing a defined area of the product, aligned to the overall Product Vision and Roadmap

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, customer challenges, and opportunities
• Creating, refining, and prioritising the product backlog to ensure the Scrum Team is always delivering the highest-value work
• Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborating daily with your Scrum Team to support delivery and remove blockers
• Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Balancing short-term delivery with longer-term product goals
• Using data, feedback, and insight to inform product decisions and continuous improvement

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * 2+ years' experience working as a Product Owner (or similar product-focused role)

• Experience working within Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience working on B2B software products (ERP or complex systems experience is a plus, but not essential)

£40,000 - £50,000 | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office), * Salary of £40,000 - £50,000
