What you'll do
Build end-to-end PoCs - from whiteboard sketch to production-ready demo in weeks. Design & code full-stack AI apps (Python + Angular/Java) on Azure & AWS. Fine-tune, test and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for accuracy, recall and groundedness. Orchestrate agentic AI with frameworks like LangChain, Microsoft Agent Framework, AgentCore. Implement RAG pipelines and deploy chat-/voice-bots that feel human. Collaborate with a cross-functional innovation squad in rapid sprints., Contribute to impactful and innovative engineering projects across the Netherlands. Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, 8+ years as a software engineer, now specialising in AI/ML. Fluent English (spoken & written). Strong Python (backend) and Angular or Java (frontend) - you can own the full stack. Proven experience fine-tuning LLMs and evaluating model performance. Hands-on with cloud data pipelines (Azure, AWS) and data indexing.
Nice-to-have superpowers
Familiarity with MCP, A2A or other AI runtime protocols. Built agent-to-agent or multi-agent Experience with voice-bot and chatbot solutions in production.
