(Senior) Infrastructure & SecOps Engineer

You will join the Digital & Technology department, working alongside the Infrastructure & SecOps, Digital Workplace, and Business Application teams. As a (Senior) Infrastructure & SecOps Engineer, you report to the Team Lead Infrastructure & SecOps., Based in our Rotterdam, The Netherlands office, the (Senior) Infrastructure & SecOps Engineer ensures the global IT infrastructure meets organizational needs by managing systems across approximately 60 international locations. Responsibilities include monitoring technical performance for routers, firewalls, and telephony, while resolving second-line incidents and managing Azure, SQL databases, and MS Exchange. You will implement ITIL guidelines, maintain rigorous backup and recovery procedures, and ensure all global entities adhere to standardized equipment and security levels. Additionally, the role involves executing software updates and participating in IT projects to drive continuous process improvements across the entire global network., * Responsible for the proper functioning of the computer systems within Radio Holland globally.

• Monitors the performance of the technical IT infrastructure used within the global organization (routers, firewalls, computers, telephony, data lines, etc.)

• Manages and maintains the technical IT infrastructure, also sets standards, (ITIL) guidelines and procedures for its use and maintenance.

• Responsible for the setup and maintenance of the backup and recovery procedures.

• Ensures that malfunctions, complaints or incidents related to the technical infrastructure, applications, telephones, email, VPN connections, video conferencing, printers and workplaces are resolved or escalated within set deadlines.

• Responsible for all hardware components within the network (WAN and LAN).

• Responsible for the Azure network environment.

• Responsible for making sure all entities have the same level of quality and same standards in equipment.

• Responsible for the monitoring of the network and systems security in line with the holding security policies and performing regular security tests.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, electronics engineering or computer engineering
• Knowledge of and experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft Server OS, PowerShell, and Microsoft Intune.
