  • Develop software using recognised patterns, including SOLID and TDD
  • Provide routine maintenance including defect resolution from root cause analysis.
  • Take part in the application of Agile through Scrum and Kanban, with the usual rituals and the use of our end-to-end processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Ubuntu?, We are looking for a team player and self-starter, someone that is prepared to contribute and help enrich how we do things. You will join a team where continual improvement through ideas and a can-do approach is highly valued.

To be considered as the successful candidate, you will need to be able to possess and demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Developing and deploying secure and scalable software artifacts using;

  • C# and Blazor
  • Microsoft Azure

  • Entity Framework and T-SQL.
  • Containerisation using Kubernetes
  • React and JavaScript.
  • Performing root cause analysis where defects occur

Your application will be additionally attractive if you can demonstrate experience with:

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools in a pragmatic, engineering-led way to improve productivity (e.g., code generation, refactoring support, and coding assistance) while maintaining strong quality and review standards

  • Understanding of Accessibility requirements for UI/UX

  • Understanding of scripting tools such as Powershell

  • Understanding of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu)

  • An understanding of observability platforms.

  • Business Continuity Principles

Benefits & conditions

  • Opportunity to earn extra with quarterly awards and annual bonuses.

  • An amazing reward and recognition system that allows you to redeem gift cards for being recognised.

  • Recharge with a generous annual leave of 25 days plus bank holidays
