Job description
An experienced Document Controller is needed for an immediate start for a busy Groundworks Contractor based in Kent. You will offering administrative support to the operations manager and must have previous experience within a similar role working within the construction industry. This position will be office & site based so you MUST have your own transport
Must have own transport and ideally to have a CSCS Card.
Tasks will include:
- Assist with the preparation, printing, and distribution of reports, minutes and file notes;
- Manage documents sent between the client and third parties;
- Maintain key project information;
- Work with managers on-site using the electronic system to obtain the correct documentation;
- Arrange site meetings with the project team and any external clients;
- Keep the electronic documentation system up to date with the relevant documentation;
- Maintain diary of site meeting rooms;
- Produce and maintain administration templates;
- Update the project directory when required.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card, Construction Skills Certification Scheme certification?, Do you have experience in Office experience?, * Document control: 2 years
